Durban has officially been named the host City for the 2022 Commonwealth Games. EThekwini Municipality Mayor Councillor James Nxumalo and the Durban 2022 bid committee delegation from South Africa have signed the contract for Durban to stage the 2022 Commonwealth Games for the first time on African soil.
